Since establishing the firm in 2010, Palmier has arranged nearly $1 billion in investments for properties in more than 20 states, including a recent $7.35 million acquisition bridge loan for an apartment community in Corpus Christi, Texas. Additionally, Dan Palmier has structured deals that provide financial solutions ranging from development and construction capital to condominium conversion loans and preferred equity. In addition to his professional achievements, Palmier has been actively involved with many charitable causes, including donating money and supplies to the St. Christopher School in Staten Island, New York, for Hurricane Sandy recovery, and financing a technology and arts building for Newton Country Day School of the Sacred Heart in Newton, Massachusetts. Other groups that Daniel Palmier aids include the Catholic Schools Foundations of Boston and New York, the Asian Christian Academy, the Notre Dame Sorin Society, and Tufts Hillel. Moreover, he plans to run the 2014 Boston Marathon to raise money for charitable groups.
